DNA appointments should be booked in the morning or early afternoon to ensure we can drop off your sample at the postal office prior to their last pick-up of the evening. If you schedule a weeknight or weekend, you risk extending your results an extra day as the lab is closed on Sundays.

Policies
Rescan Policy:​
Our gender reveal & premium 4/5D packages are eligible for a complimentary rescan should baby not cooperate during your original session, should be booked with the next week or your rescan is $40.
​
Cancellation Policy:
You can easily reschedule or cancel with your confirmation email. You have up until 4 hours prior to your appointment to cancel. If you no show and attempt to reschedule, a $40 deposit will be required to reserve your spot and will be applied to the balance due post service.

Refund Policy:
Baby Bloom does not offer any refunds aside from the DNA Sneak Peek Labs should your results return inclusive and you chose not to retest***
